Whole Grains Challenge
The Whole Grains Challenge rewards restaurants and foodservice establishments for offering at least one healthy and delicious whole grain option on their menus at all times. (Click here to see what qualifies as "a whole grain option.")
We have completed the 2011 Challenge and after careful review of the scores of entries, we selected our winners! These foodservice operations each received a Challenge Medal and Award Certificate, valuable whole grain prizes, and national publicity.
